Every Juniorpod T-shirt is customised and made especially for your little one. Please review your size, colour and design carefully before placing your order.
Since our products are customised and made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selections made while ordering.

Report an Issue Within 7 Days
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photographs of the product. This helps us verify and resolve the issue quickly.
Replacement or Refund
Once an eligible issue has been verified, Juniorpod will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the applicable original payment method. Processing time after approval may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations & Order Changes
An order can only be cancelled or modified before customisation or production has started.
Because we begin preparing customised orders as quickly as possible, cancellation or changes may not be possible once production has started.
Size Selection
Please check our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.
Since your T-shirt is made according to the size selected while ordering, an incorrectly selected size is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Colour & Print Variations
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your phone, computer screen, display settings or lighting.
Because each product is individually printed, minor variations in print position, colour or appearance may occur. Such minor variations are not normally considered defects.
Customized Products
Juniorpod products are created based on the customer's selected size, T-shirt colour and design.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that the product is customised and made specifically according to the selections submitted with your order.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Indian consumer law.
